At Pioneer Mortgage, Inc. we are dedicated to using our 30 years experience in the lending industry to ensure we meet the individual needs of each customer. Experience in the banking and consumer finance industry allows us to help a wide variety of customers from those with perfect credit to those with severe credit problems.

Our Beginnings
Marci Reimler and Steve Fleischer founded Pioneer Mortgage, Inc. in March of 1997. The partners have 15 years combined experience in the mortgage lending industry, and both hold degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Marci, President and CEO, was born and raised in Mid-Missouri. After 8 years in banking, Marci joined Household Finance Corporation in 1991 and was promoted to Branch Sales Manager. HFC awarded Marci the Triple Crown Award, The Award of Excellence and The Frank J. Mackey Award, HFC's highest award, all for excellence in loan production. Marci earned a seat on the Executive Sales Council in 1993 & 1995 for excellence in insurance sales.

In 1996, Marci and Steve opened a new franchise for First Fidelity Mortgage. By 1997, the partners were ready to move on to full ownership and formed Pioneer Mortgage, Inc.

Our Community
Giving back to our community is a priority at Pioneer. The owners and employees of Pioneer are active in the following organizations: Columbia Chamber of Commerce, Home Builders Association, Missouri Association of Mortgage Professionals, Women's Council of Realtors, Kiwanis Club, Women's Network, American Diabetes Association, Voluntary Action Center and the Lions Club.
